• Perfumes/Decants: Processing takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is received.

• Claire Glow Body Range: Processing takes 5–7 business days since these products are freshly made to order.

• Mixed Orders (Perfumes + Claire Glow Body): Processing will be 5–7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Courier: The Courier Guy
Delivery times: 1–5 business days.

** If your delivery area falls under a high risk area, we will inform you, requesting an alternative address or payment for the surcharge on delivery quoted by The Courier Guy.

Namibia/Botswana Deliveries
Delivery depends on how quickly your customs clears packages. Please be aware that additional taxes or charges may apply.

We are based in Potchefstroom, North West (SA).

We are an online store only, so all orders are shipped.
